Refund policy

At FYR, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange process is simple and transparent.

Return Window

🔴 You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

🔴 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
🔴 All tags and packaging must be intact
🔴 Products showing signs of wear or customer-caused damage will not be accepted

Damaged or Wrong Product

🔴 If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at aayushmaan@fitnessnleisure.com within 24 hours of delivery
🔴 An unboxing/opening video is required as proof for courier damage claims

Refunds

🔴 Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality checks
🔴 Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
🔴 For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Exchanges

🔴 Exchanges are subject to stock availability
🔴 If the requested size or product is not available, you can opt for a refund instead
