Shipping policy

At FYR, we make sure your order reaches you quickly and securely. All orders include free shipping across India, with processing done within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Deliveries usually take 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–7 business days in other locations. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS to follow its journey.

We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders, with a quick verification step if required before dispatch. Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns across India, though delivery to some remote locations may take a little longer depending on courier availability.

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions. In such cases, our support team will keep you updated until your order reaches you.
